Sean, simply put, was truly wonderful. He was professional throughout the entire transaction. For me it was a very emotional sale as it was my parent's home and the home of my childhood. I prepared the property for sale in memory of my parents and wanted to pass it on to a wonderful new owner who would love it and have wonderful memories as my parents and I did. Sean delivered a perfect buyer and we just found out that they were expecting a baby during the transaction as they shortly thereafter were blessed with their first child. How wonderful for them.
If there was an issue, Sean was there to resolve it. We had a lot of laughs. We had good conversations and he kept us up to date on all matters involving the sale. He was very compassionate and sensitive to my feelings during the entire sale. For that I am very grateful as that meant a lot to me.
