Sean has been practicing Real Estate on a full time basis over 15 years. He has an extensive knowledge base in all aspects of residential real estate, with specialties in high end residential marketing, condominium conversions, development, property construction, and renovations. His advice on the local market, is as much sought after by those looking to develop in the area, as it is by those looking to make it their home. He has consulted on projects and proposals, ranging from individual sellers seeking to maximize their returns on multi-unit properties, to analysis of 100+ unit mixed use buildings. It is this breadth of knowledge, combined with his years of experience, that give him an edge when negotiating for his clients, and watching out for their interests. He works exclusively in the markets he serves, and is passionate about representing his clients. Sean grew up on the North Shore, and has lived and worked in the Magoun Square area since 2003. His main charitable focus is local homelessness.
